Cancellation Policy

At Ben’s Auto Detailing, we take pride in providing top-quality service and value your time as much as ours. To help keep our schedule running smoothly and to be fair to all clients, we have the following policy in place: Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 1 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be treated as a no-show and could result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. Why This Policy Matters Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedule that could have been filled by other customers.
